Instant water heaters or normal water heaters?

However, talking in terms of normal water heaters, it is crucial to take into account its first-hour-rating and gallons-per-minute rating as this is how one can decipher the amount of hot water delivered over a set period of time. According to the new efficiency standards, water heaters which are under 55 gallons or more will see a boost of about 4 percent in its efficiency. And the ones which are 55 gallons or more will witness a cut of 25 to 50 percent in its utility bills depending on the technology used.

The price of instant water heaters is relatively less, and you will get good products in a price range of 2k to 4k. However, the normal water heaters which are well equipped with both technology and design are available in the market in the price range of 8k – 15k. Although there are various brands offering geysers at very nominal rates too (2500-5000), but the choice of being a smart buyer is yours. If you want to invest in a good deal, it is wiser to go for a product which will remain functional in the long run. Therefore, the water heaters prices are not only affordable, they are equally energy saving appliances as well!
